Discrimination is Against the Law

TotalVision Eyecare Center complies with applicable Federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex. TotalVision Eyecare Center does not exclude people or treat them differently because of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex.

TotalVision Eyecare Center:

  • Provides free aids and services to people with disabilities to communicate effectively with us, such as: Qualified sign language interpreters
  • Written information in other formats (large print, audio, accessible electronic formats, other formats)
  • Provides free language services to people whose primary language is not English, such as: Qualified interpreters
  • Information written in other languages

You can file a grievance in person or by mail, fax, or email. If you need help filing a grievance, Pamela Noce, Administrator, is available to help you.

Valued Patient,

Based on guidance from the CDC, our office will be closed for the near future. However, you can speak to a staff member by calling the office at 203-985-9000 between the hours or 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM weekdays. We can arrange the dispensing of eyewear or contact lenses during these hours by APPOINTMENT ONLY.

If you need contact lenses, need to pick up eyeglasses or reschedule an appointment at other times, e-mail our office manager, Pam, at tvmanager@snet.net.

Dr Lefland is seeing patients for emergencies only in person or via telemedicine. If you are an existing patient and need urgent medical care, call the office at the above number.

We regret this inconvenience, but trust you will understand the need to protect our staff and patients.

Most importantly, stay safe, look out for each other and follow the recommendations of our state and federal officials.
